1:1 Support communication + Weekly Check In
You will receive full 24/7 support via Whatsapp communication and full detailed weekly check in responses so you have full understanding of the process. Unlike coaches who have only ever been coaches or personal trainers whose lives and routines revolve around their training and nutrition, we have all experienced the demands of working full-time whilst competing in bodybuilding. We understand the pressures of work, day to day life and have been able to balance training and nutrition whilst getting results. Our coaching distills all of our knowledge and experience to help you achieve an unreal mind and body transformation. Our coaching programmes are for males and females who want to take their training and nutrition to the next level - all whilst gaining education in the process.
Personalized nutrition and training programme
You will have a bespoke training and nutrition plans to help you achieve your goals. Your nutrition plans can either be meal plan or macro based and will be based on the foods you eat currently and enjoy. The single most important factor with nutrition plans is adherence - so it is important that you have meals which you can both enjoy & easily prep. However we will ensure the nutrition set up perfect to maximise progress - ensuring we hit the correct macronutrients, micronutrients and take advantage of nutrient timing techniques to maximise fat loss and enhance muscle gain. Your training is designed from the ground up based on your goals / a physique assessment to help you build your physique. This isn’t a generic training plan - this is a programme where the exercise selection, frequency, rep ranges and intensifiers are all orientated to help you build muscle in all the right areas to build your physique, bring up weaker body parts and create the best overall package. With all training programmes you will have step by step guides on how to perform all the exercises - running you through the movement pattern, considerations for machine set up, biomechanics and other form / tempo cues to maximise training progression

Frequently Asked questions
This is an adaptable process. Everyone’s goals and needs are different and therefore the process is always molded to fit your lifestyle. There has never been a client that has put in 100% effort that has not achieved their goal.
Check ins are completed once per week on an allocated check in day (unless you require more if coming up to a particular event/goal). To check in you will complete a check in form which details every aspect we need to review on a weekly basis – including how your adherence has been, training performance, stress, recovery, digestion, sleep etc and you will also attach progress pictures.
All check ins will be completed on the app and you will have a detailed voice note response via WhatsApp. Education is huge for us, so check ins are our opportunity to not only make changes and give feedback – but also ensure you are educated at every step of the way.
We offer two approaches – a meal plan where each meal is listed along with food souces and quantities – or a more flexible approach where macros are followed – but flexible does not mean the results will differ.
We will never ask you to cut out food sources you enjoy – the diet will purely be based around food sources you enjoy to eat (within reason) and set up in a way to maximise results.
Your training programme will meet your availability. If you can only go to the gym 3/4 times per week due to work commitments, family life and so on that is no problem, the training programme will still maximize results in the time you can train.
What I will say is no matter how many times train per week – your programme will be based off a needs analysis of what body parts you need / would like to bring up – whilst ensuring we review your training to maximise the response from every session.
This is a results driven process but you get out exactly what you put in – but it is not uncommon for my clients to achieve dramatic results within as little as 6-8 weeks.
If you give me 100%, you will expect 100% in return.
Half arsed efforts lead to half arsed results.
Starting this process when you have social occasions coming up is infact the best time to start. You may think that sounds backwards but If you can learn to manage these social occasions and see results when your life is busy, you will be able to maintain the results. Sustainable and long lasting results should always be the goal and a lot of that will come down to mindset shift and picking up new habits.
All pricing will be discussed on the call dependant on your requirements. When we think of a cost, that is usually something that you pay for and get nothing in return long term however coaching is something which has the potential to benefit everything aspect of your life from this point onwards.
What happens once I have reached my goal?
We will have reached your goal and will have already pre planned our next steps during check-ins – to make sure you not only retain your results, but progress even further.
The work doesn’t end here… it’s just beginning – continously strive for self investment and self betterment
